Welcome!

Landmark Center for Behavioral Health was founded by David Krulee, M.D. in 2007, with the goal of providing high-quality, readily accessible psychiatric and psychotherapeutic treatment for children, adolescents, and young adults throughout Connecticut and Massachusetts. We offer a range of services including psychiatric assessment, neuropsychiatric testing, medication management, and individual, marital, and family therapy.

We believe that the best treatment outcomes will occur in a setting that fosters comfort, mutual respect, privacy, and autonomy in the treatment process.  We support care integration with primary care providers, hospitals, outside therapists, and community agencies.  

**Public school psychiatric evaluations can be done in less than 7 days upon request from the school***
